Do you travel?
Our rates include a 100km roundtrip. Thereafter an additional fee of R2.50/km is applicable. We photograph any wedding anywhere in the world Accommodation and car hire required for distance weddings.

Do you carry back-up equipment?
We carry professional back-up bodies, lenses, spare batteries and flashes. We are part of a network of professional photographers and we guarantee that we have a team of photographers on stand-by should there be any unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Should we feed you?
Yes please! Seating for both photographers should be provided at the reception

How long have you been shooting weddings?
About six years.

When can me meet?
Call us to arrange for a coffee at our studio to discuss your special needs and for you to view our latest work.

We want you to photograph our wedding, what’s the next step?
We want to know all about your wedding, the more info the better!
A non-refundable deposit of R2500 is required to book the date, the balance is required one week prior to the wedding.

Do you digitally manipulate your images?
Yes, we put a lot of time, and effort into the editing of your special photographs. We will do different effects like B&W, Sepia, removing of blemishes, whitening of teeth, etc.

Do you provide colour and black and white images?
We will provide you with a large amount of full colour, sepia and toned images.

When can we see our wedding photographs and who designs and assembles our album?
You will receive your Designer CD with all your photographs approximately 2-3 weeks after the date of your wedding. If you wish to order a Designer Coffee Table Album; we can design and print the album for you.

Do you accept more than one wedding booking on any given date?
Most definitely not. We give you our undivided attention.

Do you work with a videographer?
Yes, we do have a videographer in our service

Maternity photography

Why have maternity photographs taken?
Pregnancy is a special time in your life and you want to remember it and therefore there is no better way to capture this through fine art maternity photographs.

When is the best time to schedule a Maternity Session?
Maternity sessions are best  when booked from when you are 30 weeks pregnant. It is important that you feel comfortable and pretty, so schedule when you feel that you are right.

What to wear to my shoot?
Wear anything you feel comfortable in. Plain black and white works best.

What should my husband wear?
Plain white and black shirts or no shirt at all.

How should I prepare for my shoot?
- Get a manicure and a pedicure a day or two in advance, this makes a huge difference in the end result of your photographs.
- Don't wear tight fitting clothes ( undies included) as they leave marks on your skin

You will receive all of your digital negatives on a high resolution CD. On your designer CD you will receive the 20 best edited photographs. You will receive your digital negatives on the day of your shoot.

Newborn photography

Why newborn photographs?
Newborns are precious little miracles and there is nothing more special than the capturing of their innocence.

What makes a newborn different than a bigger baby?
They are fragile, petite, blissful little angels. They grow up so fast and before you open your eyes they are grown up. These photographs will remind you of how small they once were.

Why is it best to photograph my baby within the first 2 weeks?
- they are still very sleepy which helps during the photography session,
- they are small and petite and will still curl up very easily which makes for some awesome photos

When is the best time to book a newborn session?
As soon as possible, preferably while you are pregnant to ensure that we can fit you in our schedule.

How long does the sessions take?
The photo session normally lasts 1-2 hours. We do take breaks in-between to allow for feeding and changing.

What is the best time of day to schedule a session?
Try to schedule the session in the morning when the newborn is sleeping.

What should my baby be wearing?
We prefer to shoot the majority of the photographs of the newborn nude. Plain coloured baby-grows works great, bring extra blankets and accessories. Rather bring more than less.

What should my husband and me be wearing?
Try not to dress too formally. Plain black and white shirts work best with a pair of jeans.

Family Photography

How long does a session last?
We normally book an hour for the shoot. We take pictures of the whole family as a group together, kids with mom, kids with dad, kids together and individually, parents as a couple and individually.

What should we wear?
- Jeans work really well.
- Try to colour co-ordinate your family’s clothes.
- Avoid busy patterns & stripes
- Hats, necklaces, ponchos and accessories can look stunning.
